I want to start off by saying this, when I walked into the Medford New York location of Jacoby Jacoby the woman at the front desk was AMAZING!!! Now please keep this in mind as you contine to read my review!!!! I suffer from panic and anxiety for over 20 plus years and as I'm trying to explain things to the woman I was getting extremely flustered and she was so sweet, kind and was able to help calm me down confidently while at the same time willing to listen to everything I had to say. Oooooh and the best part, she offered me some yummy chocolates as it was around Easter time lol.... I didn't even have to wait til another day for an appointment, I was introduced to Mr. Richard Jacoby about 5 to 10 minutes later. He made me feel very comfortable and answered any questions or concerns I had for my Bankruptcy case. I highly recommend this firm if you need to claim bankruptcy, or ANY other kind of cases they handle! They make you feel EXTREMELY comfortable! NO RUSHING YOU OUT THE DOOR EITHER!! The day before my hearing finally arrived. My anxiety and nerves were high but when I spoke to Keith Jacoby who called me to prep me for the hearing the very next morning, with the kind of questions that would be asked by the Trustee ALL anxiety feelings were gone in a blink of an eye. To be totally honest once he started talking I felt like I knew him forever!!. Very comfortable and bedside manner kind of personality is the best way to describe him and my experience!! We even had a few chuckles... Everything went smoothly and to ALL the woman that work in the front office, they were great as well, ESPECIALLY Marisol who had the patience of a Saint dealing with me for several weeks of calls, pop in visits to the office, and emails with any questions I had from the time of filing up to my hearing date, and even after about documentation, letters by regular mail, emails or anything for that matter she was there for me, helpful, and patient like I said earlier!! I found that the office staff was always polite and helpful with any questions or concerns that I had about my case. The lawyers were always available for any questions that I had about my case. I also found that the legal fees are reasonable and fair. When going through a legal issue it is nerve racking and Jacoby and Jacoby were able to allay any nervousness and fears.
